Dynamics- The Story of HIV
This workshop will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the Story of HIV, from origin to present day. Service providers and community members who want to build their capacity in understanding how HIV may affect the lives of individuals, families, and communities they work with, serve, or belong to are encouraged to attend. Due to limited capacity, we ask that you register below by end of day on January 17th. Registration is limited to 20 participants. History: Discovery, Response, Policy & Programming (Global, National and Local)
Present Day: Statistics, Prevention Technologies, Campaigns, and Criminalization
Future: UN AIDS Initiative, HIV & Aging, and Cure/Vaccine

Also, over the next few weeks we will be sharing short videos that we found to be powerful and informative. These videos touch on topics that we will explore further during the two day Dynamics workshop.
Cancellation Terms: This workshop is provided at no charge; however, registered participants who do not provide notice of cancellation by January 22, 2020 will be billed $50.00/participant to cover the cost of meals and materials.
Please Note: HIV Edmonton is a scent free work space so please refrain from using any scented products on the days you attend Dynamics. There is no parking at HIV Edmonton however there is some street parking and parking at the Hys Centre. Thank you!
