Top Walker Prize
In 2010, former HIV Edmonton Board Chair, Jeffrey Keller, and Edmonton Centre MP, Laurie Hawn were named our top two walkers. They donated their prize to Kristina Marvin, captain of long-time walk supporter Team Gilead. Kristina headed to San Francisco in July for the AIDS Walk San Franciso and represented Edmonton!

This year's Top Walker is going to Los Angeles!
HIV Edmonton is proud to announce that the walker that raises the most money for the 2011 event will win a trip for two to Los Angeles to participate in 2011 AIDS Walk Los Angeles, as well as all corresponding celebrity and hospitality events.
AIDS Walk Los Angeles started in 1985 and was the host of the very first AIDS Walk in the world. Since 1985, AIDS Walk Los Angeles has drawn over a half million participants and raised more than $66 million.
HIV Edmonton has also partnered with WestJet to make this incentive prize package possible. The Edmonton Walk for Life “Top Walker” will receive airfare for two, hotel accommodations in Los Angeles and will participate in the 27th Annual AIDS Walk Los Angeles.
