SCHOOL PRESENTATIONS

HIV Edmonton partners with the Students’ International Health Association (SIHA) at the University of Alberta to offer “Think Positive, Test Negative,” an interactive presentation geared towards junior and senior high school students. SIHA follows a harm reduction philosophy to offer information about HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis C, safer-sex, condom negotiation, and stigma and discrimination

SIHA offers presentations year round. Please contact siha.local@gmail.com to book a presentation or call us at 488-4742.

For more information about SIHA go to www.siha.ca/index.html

POSITIVE SPEAKERS

Trained volunteers provide information on the physical, emotional and psychological effects of HIV/AIDS, and discus real-life stories of living with HIV/AIDS.

Honorariums for volunteer speakers are suggested.
